The Indicaid team has over 20 years’ experience creating nutraceutical-quality botanical extracts. It's been a long journey — we've made botanical extractions in Singapore, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Europe, and the US. We've learned a lot along the way, and we've come to understand and appreciate that the extracts of many plants are very useful. Now, we are applying the knowledge gained from those experiences to produce products to improve people’s quality of life. Good botanical concentrates are a combination of art and science: the art of understanding how a plant expresses itself + figuring out the science that allows the extract to fully express the best of the plant. When we built our custom-made supercritical CO2 extraction systems, we drew not only on our patents and trade secrets, but also on the understanding that working with other plants has given us. The combination allowed us to make a system optimized for Hemp. We believe that it is the interaction of Hemp’s hundreds of components that make it such a unique and special plant. It's called the "entourage effect," and we preserve it in all of our products.
To achieve the entourage effect, extracts must be pure plant. And that's what our products are. No pesticides, fungicides, or other chemicals are used in growing the plants. No butane, propane, or any other harmful chemicals are used during our process. No glycerine, propylene glycol, or anything else is added. No flavor or aroma enhancers are used. We just use the plant. As a guarantee of this, every batch of our Hemp extracts is thoroughly tested by an independent laboratory.
